BIOGRAPHY:
Jim Cahil (Colonel, U.S. Army Retired) is an Adjunct Professor at the Dakota State
University and an independent consultant. He served as an Army Strategist (FA59) in
the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the State Department, Department of the Army
G-3/5/7, U.S. European Command, and the ROK/US Combined Forces Command. Prior to becoming
a strategist, Jim was an AH64D aviation officer with the service of the Third Infantry
Division and Forst Calvary Division.
