Mandated Policy Information
Eligible students in the programs listed below may enroll during Open-Enrollment period offered in the beginning of Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.

- College of Medicine*
- College of Nursing*
- College of Pharmacy*
- Intercollegiate Athlete**
- International Student on Optional Practical training or Curricular Practical training
Summer A/C enrollment starts April 20, 2026 continuing through June 5, 2026. The policy
starts on May 1, 2026 and provides coverage until August 16, 2026.
Summer B enrollment starts June 1, 2026 continuing through July 3, 2026. The policy
starts on June 26, 2026 and provide coverage until August 16, 2026.

* College of Medicine, College of Nursing, and College of Pharmacy students:
Students must submit proof of comparable health insurance to their respective college
by the stated deadline, if opting out of the USF Student Health Insurance Plan.
** Intercollegiate Athletes:
Additional enrollment or waiver requirements may apply. Contact your program for insurance
documents. Details will be shared once finalized (TBD).
