Become a Peer Financial Educator (PFE)

Are you passionate about helping your fellow Bulls succeed financially? The Bull2Bull Financial Education & Outreach Program is looking for motivated students who are interested in becoming Peer Financial Educators (PFEs).

Eligibility

Applicants must be currently enrolled undergraduate students at the University of South Florida. Students from the following campuses are encouraged to apply:

  • Tampa
  • St. Petersburg
  • Sarasota-Manatee

Preference is given to Freshmen and Sophomores who are interested in serving in a leadership role throughout their academic journey at USF.

Position Responsibilities

As a Peer Financial Educator, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one financial coaching to undergraduate students.
  • Assist with financial literacy workshops and outreach events.
  • Promote financial wellness resources and services available through Bull2Bull.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of student information and records.
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts through tabling events, presentations, and social media initiatives.
  • Represent the Bull2Bull Financial Education & Outreach Program with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the effective operation and management of the program.

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred but not required)

  • Major in Personal Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Interest in financial literacy, coaching, and student success
